Coming Soon Enough...

By BobbyMS
This winter image taken in Riverdale Farm in Toronto. There are four baseball diamonds in the huge flat area below this hill, and on top of it, out of sight, is North America's only downtown working farm, featuring ducks and pigs, horses and sheep, and many more animals. The Farm is a favourite destination spring through fall, and when there is snow enough--it provides a short but thrilling ride downhill for the kiddies of all ages.

Please do not remind us what is still too come our way! Looks a great area for tobogganing down the slope.

The farm is still there? Fantastic. Great place to visit when we lived on Sumach.

Peter:
We used to live on Metcalfe St for 14 years, and before that, Winchester. After that, on Ontario Street. So Cabbagetown is very well known to us Peter. Yes, the farm is still going strong, and they've spent a bit of money on it recently---installed new, wider paths for example.

I remember you saying you used to work at 1 Bloor East. I remember that building. Had a pool hall upstairs, didn't it?
