"Common Stump Brittlestems"

By RonnieAG
Another two images from Pollok Country Park, this time Common Stump Brittlestem mushrooms (Psathyrella Piluliformis) but with V 2 included only to show their size as I have included a 2p. piece.

Many thanks to all for kind comments (and welcome back) on Autumn Colours, and with special thanks to Dave {HobbitDave}, Patty {pentaxpatty}, Richard {DicksPics}, Lillian, Ray {rayme330}, Netta (netta1234}, Christina {cbrundage} and Colleen {ColleenA} for their User Awards which are so much appreciated.

PS........02.55.....variant won't load so I'll try again later.........managed to upload it at 05.17.

Wonderful to have your fungi back!! These look quite normal compared to some of the other exotic ones.

These look so edible -more like little fairy cakes than mushrooms.
Lush greens surrounding the fungi.

Most fungi I come upon have bites out of them. These look so pristine and perfect. Lovely shot Ronnie.

I find this very refreshing, maybe the colour or the shapes, the fact that you give us the scale with the penny coin, but looking better there is something special in this, the magic of the surrounding forest and your style to present the composition, is splendid Ronnie.... Grin

Good to see your mushrooms putting in an appearance again Ronnie, and this is a perfect group shot of them Grin
Funny you should mention about variants uploading, as I experienced the same this morning, getting an error message, and had to start again - which would explain why you couldn't see my V3!! Sad

It's only when you see the two pence coin that you realise how small a subject you've captured with such wonderful clarity, Ronnie. Excellent image.
