A beautiful capture, Svetlana, and the stance of the lizard obviously influenced your format.
The head is particularly sharp, so well done for that.
However, I'd like to have seen a bit more space at the top, and also possibly at the bottom (though not absolutely necessary), as your subject is looking a little cramped/tight in the frame.
It's head is raised, suggesting an upward gaze (though that might not be the case in reality), so that bit of space at the top would be for it to "look into", and I have done this in my modification.
The head is nicely on a thirds line on the horizontal, and this added canvas at the top also places it on a thirds line on the vertical.
Maybe you cropped this from the original. If so, you could consider a crop that leaves a bit more space top and bottom.
I also made the blacks blacker, deepened the shadows, increased highlights, added a touch of saturation, and sharpened.
