Two national icons - three, if you include football.
The new notifications system is to replace Buzz, as I understand it because the old system is taking up a terrifying amount of space on the site and is unsustainable long-term. Notifications can be deleted without affecting other accumulated data (unlike Buzz), and this will happen automatically after a certain amount of time.
The new system works fine, just remember to reset notifications regularly, otherwise they stop.

How strange! Not something you see every day, a telephone kiosk full of footballs! But it does extra interest compared to just a straight shot, though your use of selective colouring enhances the image, and works very well here 😃 Love it! 👍
