You keep turning them out day after day. Don't know how you can be bothered Dougie. You put us young ones to shame.
There's not much stoor (dust) on your boots my friend.

A beautiful expression of physical coldness.

Quote:despite the weather forecast

We were promised a few showers this morning to be replaced by sunshine this afternoon. It snowed all morning and froze over this afternoon....................

Beautiful image Dougie. The bright blue perfectly conveys the cold. I really like the way that the snow covered bank cuts through the image at the bottom as well.

How the distant mountains stand out against that clear blue sky is wonderful. Love the miror reflections of the trees in the loch.

Stunning composition and large really is a nust. The clarity in the image is amazing.....from the blues tones to those green pines - a masterclass. When I return Loch Tulla will be my 1st and last stopping place methinks.
Many thanks Alan for your comments as you walked through the last few images on Rannoch Moor. I spend a lot of time here and know where to lookm the unexpected has to be grasped, but that's years of working in newspaper photography, the image may only exist for a blink.

All the best
