From the last day of the Connemara meet in March, we eventually mamanged to plan and time a real sunset. (Which disappeared just as we got round the last corner the night before.
As the others sat around at the top eating sandwiches and reading books while their cameras sat on chunky tripods trying to gather ten minutes worth of light because of the lumps of welding glass that had been put in front of the lenses, I hopped around the shoreline with my trusty monopod and portable kneepads
