Returned to the studio with the advice from prior uploads ringing in my ears and this is one of the results.

Have used ps to put a gradient map on it, didnt require much work on the colouring/lighting that I hadn't done already in the studio.

Please dont be shy in saying what you think, all good advice acted one (just check my first studio work!), this aint my normal field of operation so welcome ideas

Cheers all

This one is much cleaner than the previous ones, the whites are actually white! You've got a fews bits of dust, or flecks of cork dotted around the background that you should probably clone out, but you're doing great Smile

Beautifully simple.
This would work in colour as there would be just a few brown tones. However, I'd suggest then to try a mono version Grin

PS must remember to start saving corks.

Thanks Keith

I have it as a colour and a mono as well but this version just seemed to fit what I saw in my mind before the shoot.

Its hard work saving corks Wink

what a great shot! A simple idea, well executed. I can't understand why it's not had more attention!
