Cornish Pastels

By AngieLatham appose to Cornish Pasties.......though I do recommend the Pasty shop at marizion, sadly not open at the time of night this was taken Tongue

A 30 second exposure as a calm tide came in and surrounded St.Michael's Mount in Cornwall. The pics I was hoping to get earlier in the evening around sunset were blighted by a lack of cloud and drama in the sky....but the simplicity seemed to suit the long exposure work of after sundown a lot better.

Hope you like it. I had one of those 30 second 'is my tripod sinking in the sand and ruining the shot' moments, but I think I got away with it !
