It's a strange image. It almost didn't make the cut into the final edit that was sent for publication. The original was in colour, which with the 'Spoons carpet was a bit messy..
As a small image Inna tablet it fails, but on a large screen it works better, then you can see details, the empty bar, the stacked chairs, the paperwork, water bottle, Lucozade, the cleaning spray.
It's chilling to think that this could be a significant image in 5 years time of people react to Tim Martin's proclamations. Just think, a no deal Brexit could plunge us into further food shortages where just like now imported food is absent. Imagine all this again in a harsh winter.

It has occurred to me several times to imagine what this would be like happening a year later on top of a no deal break-off 31st December next.
