Not bad at all Kev, in situ shots are rarely perfect as they prefer to bask close to, and often partially obscured by, cover of some sort. They tend not to pose openly and photogenically!
Looks like this was quite a big female. Your best time for seeing them is early morning (between 7 and 9am at the moment) when they'll be basking to warm up rather than out and about doing their thing.
