Alf, I really like the high key nature of this image in the mid and backgrounds. Also, you did a great job including an interesting and tack sharp foreground. Your title is interesting too. Not apparent till I read your leading remarks. What wonderful country in which you photograph. I just acquired at Nikon 16-35mm f4 lens and am liking so far. I notice that f5.6 produces nice DOF. Do you find this too?

Super image. Let's hope for warmer climes. Larry

Arne........Thank you very much!

Yogendra.......Many Thanks!

Larry..............Thank you so much for your kind words and appraisal. I am very fortunate to live in a country with seemingly endless diversity and beauty! The 16 - 35mm F/4 lens I found to be very useful and did as you mentioned provided a nice DOF at F/5.6. My only criticism was that the lens caused some strange distortion when photographing anything with an obvious horizon. It wasn't noticeable otherwise, but it did lead me to eventually trade it in for the 14 - 24 mm F/2.8. Thanks again Larry!

Kind Regards
