A popular subject for macros because it works so well! I think this is an excellent shot, though I would be tempted to bring the zone of sharp focus further forward in the image, to about a third of the way up, rather than half way. It usually seems more natural to have out-of-focus areas farther away than to have them closer than the sharp focus. I guess it's because we're more used to the idea of something being too far away to see clearly than of something being too close to see well.
