Yum Yum. i like that way you've have focused on the cake at the back. the reflection of the cake on the table works well and the bits of the hundreds and thousands make it more real, you can just imagaine a child qiuckly grabbing a cake the bits falling off. I think it could be a bit sharper, show the decorations off a bit better. In what light did you take this? It seems a bit too yellow but that may be me.
For me there are a couple of issues with this shot.
The colour balance is off, I'd prefer to see a cleaner, whiter feel. There is too much out of focus foreground on the right side. Id also prefer a slightly higher angle of view as it would help define the forms of the cakes better. Finally, on the left are a couple of 100s & 1000s IMO you need to either clone them out - or clone a few more in!
I don't have PS to hand so I'll try to come back with a mod this evening.
