Curtains of Christmas lights draped from every balcony in one of Glasgow's top stores.

My thanks as ever to those who took time to comment on Brodie, and Brodie says "Woof Woof" tooWinkWink.

PS.........I think from comments made that there is a misconception, understandably so, that Brodie is my own dog, but he is not........he's our younger daughter's pet........ it's just that she is generous in allowing us to look after him for her quite a lot.
In fact he is lying at my feet as I type as he had a 'sleep over' with us (along with Finlay too, our wee grandson, now 13 months).

A very well constructed and captured image Ronnie, with lots of human interest and a delightfully appealing display. It seems you enjoy the visits of both Brodie and your grandson and so you should. A

What a wonderful Christmas scene Ronnie, our local council ties a torch to a lamp-post, as for Brodie and Finlay you now you get to give them back.

...and already they have 40% off Ronnie for anyone who still believes these offers. Another sign of the times is the guy on his mobile. But these details add to the image in my opinion. I haven't been to the shops for months and I have no intention of going there before Christmas - all done on the internet now. But back to the image - a really beautiful and spectacular Christmas scene.

Wow what a sparkly place to visit...........dazzle the shoppers to part with their money................I'm with viscostatic...............the internet is king...........we've not been to a shopping centre for years............and we have no plans for going to one in the future.........GrinGrinGrinGrin

A fantastic display that you've captured well. This will have historic value in years to come (irrespective of whether the 'high street' survives or not).

I notice it's only the mannequins that are ginger Wink

What a beautiful Christmas display Ronnie, that House of Fraser looks most impressive. We have a couple in Gloucestershire, a reasonably large on in Cheltenham and a very tiny one in Cirencester.
