Curves

By Morgs
Another shot from my recent trip to London. It's not dissimiliar to other uploads, but I really liked the way that the rail takes you right into the main body of the shot here.

Thanks for the critiques on my last mono. It's always appreciated.

Regards,

David

Excellent shot, love the shape and composition. See you are using a sigma 10-20... I am considering getting that ens for my Canon 50d, I take this pic as a good recommendation. Brilliant

I think you've captured this building so very, very well. Unlike Landlord I quite liked the building before, I like it even more now. I also know more about it than I did before because I hadn't realised there was a subterranean area. You should offer your pictures to the Mayor - at a price of course. I think they're very saleable.

This is, by far, the best yet. A really striking composition with fabulous light and colour. The amount of detail you have achieved, from front to back is brilliant. Just been sat here admiring it for the past 10 mins. Absolutely excellent work!

Wow,

I've just got back home from work and am finally able to register my gratitude to Pete for the EC. A mate made me aware this morning that I had received the award, but this is the first time that I've had time to comment. It's truly made my day.

Cheers.

The tones and the perspective work so well on this. I love the colours....how long was the exposure on this? Must have been a while for the streaks in the sky to appear like that....I have to say, its utterly TACK sharp too.....thats one serious camera and lens combo....as well as the post work. Impressive Dave, really, really impressive!
