Good depth of field in the image.Nice detail in body and legs however a little blown out on the leaves.
I find the image a bit flat on full frame almost like a tight crop,however it has a lot of merit in the detail .
A Monopod is a must for these shots to keep them pin sharp.Some people take several shots at diferant focus points,stack the images and then rub out the any soft areas. Maybe a slightly longer lens might help (we can`t own the whole range so well do for maxamising your 150mm)

Id say this is a 'Beautiful Demoiselle Damselfly' as opposed to 'Banded Demoiselle'. I only ever see the latter. A lovely image with a nice clean background. Well done Smile
