Photographing gigs is so hard to do justice. Here I think the elements are good, the composition, the slight out of focus band member in the b/g, the lead vocal pose and so into the music. However I do think the atmosphere is a little lacking. Did you use flash. If so, I may have been tempted to soften it a little (a white tissue often works well) and increase the shutter speed so it is open longer. This would add a little blurring and a little more feeling.
