You have a very high quality portfolio of Motorsport images.

I notice that in your about page you say that you would like to become a pro motorsport tog. Keep up the excellent work with the cars and see if you can add some crowd/ pit-lane/ team shots to your pf as well. This will let photo editors see that you are not just a one trick pony and that you are capable of capturing the feel of an event as well as just the merry-go-round on the circuit.
Start submitting photos to Motorsport News or any of the other magazines, make sure they reflect how good you are at what you do and make sure they are of the right type that the publications would take.
Once you have a portfolio of published work, get in touch with the MSA or other motoring organisations and get press accreditation, this will get you into their events as a photographer rather than as a spectator. Insurance and a lot of hard work is next, and maybe one day you will be a f1 accredited tog, not many of them about, but the ones that are started out with just as much or little as you

I will start putting shots of Paddock stuff and crowd, which i have in my folders. I have had a phew images in autosport but never tried Motorsport news i should. I'M at a track day this saturday and hopefully will ask if anyone wants any image of their car/ cars and that will hopefully get something for a few publication magazines or websites

In this particular image you've captured the sense of movement well - with as always very good detail Ina

Yup.. you're doing all right at this stuff young sir.. wheels moving but body sharp.. My favourite "genre" of photography too - frequenting Mallory, Silverstone and Donnington. You ought to try a visit to Santapod for some drag racing shots - that'll test your panning... lovely noise it is too.. Smile
