Days of drystone

By HobbitDave
A very old drystone wall, probably built a couple of hundred years ago to keep the sheep in. Just caught my eye, lots of lovely green moss, and some creative person many years ago has inset an old wooden railway sleeper behind which little plants can thrive. Hope you may like this, at least its different 👌🪷

It amazes me how these hold up with no cement, yet they do, for longer than some with cement 😄

It's gathered some lovely moss, Dave! Amazing how they stay intact without any cement, just as Diane says 😃👍🏻

Hard to see the drystone wall Dave, and it is a lovely micro-landscape.
