De Havilland Vampire

By Nigel_95
I took this on Sunday at the Sywell Airshow. As I have had a fairly low hit rate on sharp images at previous Airshows, I have to say thanks to Neil (Javam), for advice on focussing settings for airshows. I think I should also thank Canon for making such a gem of a lens (recent second hand purchase).

I like the aspect, lighting and detail, in this shot, and hope you do too.

Sharp as a very sharp thing Nigel. Exposure is spot on and I like the angle too. All in all one to be pleased with, I would be.

I nearly changed my plans and came to the show on Sunday, but the forecast did not look too good. A boring day and a sun burnt head later I was rather cursing that decision so don't post too many good ones please Wink
