Back to playing with the macro today. This shot is of a shell I got in Mauritius. The pearls belonged to my grandmother, who had them restrung and then gave them to me many years ago. They were given to her by my grandfather when they were in the very early years of their marriage. I reckon they would be approximately in excess of 75 years old. I have only worn them twice but treasure them. The rose was getting battered by the rain, so hauled in out of the garden.
The lighting is from my trusty hubby's new LED torch, which we can safely say I have now acquired.
Hope you like it. Thanks for C&Cs on pups.
