Tells the story very well
Certainly a striking image and a subject I find abhorant. The thing that does strike me in the image is that the subject has an expression of acceptance about her situation (I hope that is not so). A very thought provoking image thats tells many a story. A summary from Dazzi would help here.

The subject is in fact my sister who was attacked by strangers whilst out with her friends. She was actually on the mend when this photo was taken so her injuries are not as bad as they were. I had gone to visit her and had a camera with me and as we sat talking I took the photo.
I was in two minds whether to post it up or not but I feel the image tells a story and provoked thought amongst those who took time to look.
