Devoils Lane

By AlfieK
The head of barley sculpture came about as a result of a children's art competition in Bishops Stortford which still has some of the old maltings in the town. The old phone kiosk, now houses a defribillator, sited at the top of some very steep and uneven steps. Quite a reassuring thought, as I often gasp my way up them.

A mix of brick architecture and modern sculpture plus a defibrillator in a telephone kiosk. The overall effect is a bit incongruous but does make for an intriguing picture.
Your pant up the hill was worthwhile, then.
