Dicentra (Bleeding Heart)

By Billyray
Cut from the bush and photographed indoors. (Rather windy outside).
Had this plant for a few years now and each time it flowers it seems to get better. Usual taking method with the black card behind, white reflector at the right and window light only.

Many thanks for taking the time to look and for all your comments on yesterdays montage.

Look at the lovely wave of that stem, bejewelled with little graduating pink hearts, and the foliage that has a beauty of its own, standing tall and proud.
You may have guessed, I love the dicentra.
A presentation which simply glorifies its attributes, Ray.

A beautiful plant that looks good against the dark background and its so well positioned in the frame, if it keeps getting better I can't wait for next time.

Would be very difficult to capture outdoors as these delicate stems wavy around so readily in the slighest breeze: capturing them indoors allows you to control so many factors and you have done a fine job with this spray, Ray.
