One from a few weeks ago on Bamford Edge. Some nice light came through the clouds eventually, but it was mighty breezy.
Just got a new monitor, but not got to the calibration stage yet, so this is a bit of guesswork as far as colour, brightness, contrast etc goes. Can you let me know if it's miles out.
RAW ISO 200
25th @ f14
what a great view, and great composition...
I can see that from the movement of the heather...and the clouds!! An area I have yet to upload a photo, as each time I have been up there the weather hasn't played ball. Iwould have been well pleased to have this on the memory card though
Just read the rest of the description...., maybe slightly muted in colour compared to your last few uploads, but the exposure looks fine.
Will need to get the monitor sorted then, but as long as it's not way out, it'll have to do for the time being.
... and that green sky just doesn't look right
You sure, I thought it was perfect!
the purple/blue clouds look even odder!
...oh ok - it looks fine here on uncalibrated screen at work
you snook up there then very nice martin, thanks for letting me know what it's like this time of year! Not sure about the blue heather tho'
Blimey, not you two as well!!
I'm telling you, it did have green sky, purple clouds and blue heather, so it's bang accurate!
someboby better stop drinking the meths ........
Obviously I need to get my screen calibrated!!
Yep, stands out from the crowd!
Looks fine Martin.................................apart from Santa Claus in the sky ...hic hic
Very nice and natural colours on my screen, nice one.
Looks fine at work on the new high res flat screen monitor, not calibrated either
Well I think it looks absolutely fine - I love the sense I get of everything rushing toward Mam Tor. (But I did leave my specs at work today...)
Know what yu mean Carol, but it was actually rushing away from Mam Tor
