Distant Light ...

By sut68
Before the light broke on top of Twisleton Scar on Saturday morning, it danced around the next valley for a while, teasingly showing glimpses of what was to come a little later one.

The quality of distant light was lovely and the wet limestone reflected just enough of the sky colour to make a few frames worthwhile.

Cheers for popping in,
Paul

Theres yet another location I need to visit. Great colours, not overdone in the processing and I love the positioning of the brown bits of grass.
Proper photography!

... me too mate, but this was a little before it broke and if I hadn't got the others later on, then this would've done ... until next time that is Wink

Anyone who doesn't open the large version deserves to be incarcerated. Not only do you have the classically composed tree and limestone rock formations; you also have remarkable light and a stunning distant landscape view. Gorgeous.

Thanks Ian, but incarceration is a little harsh don't you think? Wink
