A follow-up to last week's String of Pearls. This time, these arachnids seem to have a sense of direction. It was tempting to add architecture to the tags in the description, as their designs are so varied and always remarkable.
I'm most grateful to all those who voted or commented on the previous upload, and especially to Angela, John (Dudler), David (Imageryonly), (Zen) Tony, Ian, Carole and Oliver for their much valued awards.
Thanks for looking and have a safe week.

It looks like motor car lights on the motorway! A fine capture with great details and it is interesting how they vary in size, depending on what web strand they are on? The thickness of strand? Thicker strands can support bigger globules?

Superbly captured. A version might be nice without the left strand. A lovely image.

Thanks for your comment, Sandy. The left-hand strand was largely where the title came from, but I have put up a version without it, for interest.

Another good one. The version image takes advantage of the single direction while the original has two triangles in opposite directions. I prefer the latter not only because of the differently directed triangles but because the aperture used created a shallow depth of field which takes nothing away from the beauty of the water caught on the spider's web.

I prefer the version. The unfocused strand distracts my eye from the glory of the focused droplets.

For me the version without the blurred string. Without it you have a very crisp image and a clear composition.

Having said that, if you would have introduced various blurred strings your depth in the image would have benefited immensely and you may have had an even better image than your current strong one.
