Do not throw Stones

By NDODS
I captured this image a little while back whilst exploring the wonderful village of Upnor which is famous for its small fortification which is located on the banks of the River Medway opposite the famous Chatham Dockyard. I particularly like the hand painted sign 'Don't throw Stones' which made me chuckle and think of the great sketch in the Monty Python Film Life of Brian when people are gathering for the stoning.

Thank you all for your wonderful festive messages and comments following yesterday upload.

I hope that you have a great day, for me I shall be welcoming the In-Laws with open arms and festive spirit this afternoon, so I am sure I shall be helping 'where possible' Julie to get things just so.

Regards as always Nathan

Well observed, Nathan, and you have captured a colourful image of this decaying hull on what looks to be a very overcast day.

I wonder what people would want to throw stones at in the first place, Nathan? Looks cold and miserable there, just like it is here today. Carol
A magic capture with lovely colours. I guess that boat's been standing there for quite a while.
Thanks for your well wishes and would like to wish you and your family the best for Xmas
and the New year. WesternRed.
