Not really sure what to say about this! 
It'd odd, weird and very slightly creepy ... but it's also well conceived and executed. The only thing I find slightly jarring is that the middle image should, to my eyes, be on the extreme right - the 'bump' in the middle one looks like it's deflated a bit, so to my logic it's after the 'delivery' ... so should be on the right hand side of the sequence?
