Lovely series - we have devoted three trips to trying to see these creatures, but never seen one yet. Well spotted.

Thanks Joyce, just lucky on the day I suppose, they were no more than twenty feet off the shore line.

PS I think No 5 is a great picture really feel the power as they go under and the water streaming off the tail is a great finishing touch.

Kin, these are beautiful images of dolphins where they should be - enjoying the open sea.

A wonderful selection of images of my favourite creatures, Kin. Numbers 1 and 5 are particularly striking.

Great series Brian. Tried to get some shots of dolphins off the coast of Pembrokeshire a few years ago but they were just too quick.

Ahh excellent series - I think for whatever reason there are more dolphin around in inland waters. As well as the one in the Aulne I saw a number in the English channel on my way home last week. Maybe the offshore fishing grounds are depleted?

Anyway an excellent series - I bet when you saw them you got a real buzz.
