Dolphin leap

By Hazelmouse
Bottlenose dolphin in the Sea of Cortez. When they bow ride their bodies are not clear of the water, if they wake ride (and our skipper would encourage them by turning in a circle near the pod) they get acrobatic.

Even so after a dolphin encounter there were many curses as people reviewed their images and found so many 'splash' pictures, we were all expert at photos of empty bits of sea.

Thanks for looking at the others and for votes and comments.

Many thanks for the C & Cs, seeing up to a thousand dolphins in the water is a brilliant experience. We had several occasions when dolphins were around and no, I didn't get a wet camera though even on a 85foot boat there is a danger of splashes.
