This loco is 60019 Bittern but it was converted , re painted and carried the name Dominion of New Zealand for three years.Photo taken at Sheffield in 2014. It was one of 34 built in 1935 and scrapped in the mid 1960,s

Is it a simple coincidence that the train is painted in that blue colour? The streamlined body was inspired by Ettore Bugatti's streamlined sports cars which were decades ahead of their Era. Sir Nigel Gresley and Ettore Bugatti were friends.
