Don't tell Alan...

... but I "planted" some poppies in his field of winter barley...
The local farmers are just too good at weed control so I have to resort to sneaking around clutching an armful of poppies!

A lovely pair of images, i like V1 more as for me it has alot more vibrant colour to it. Nice ly captured and well composed,

Ohh, there are the poppies Conrad was hoping for! We were just too early in the season in Norfolk!

What a fine image, Kathy, and an even finer idea. I've been scouring the East Anglian countryside looking for poppies in fields, but you Eastern farmers are far too efficient in controlling weeds.

Thanks everyone - must admit I wasn't totally happy with this one... I just couldn't seem to get the sky colour right after converting to srgb Sad But seems it turned out okay !
