Don't tell Enzo!

By digicammad
This glorious looking machine, which looks for all the world like a 250GTO, is actually based on the running gear of a Nissan. Mind you, the engine puts out 350bhp and it has a spare engine that is capable of 400bhp, so it could even be faster than the original.

Done a little work to clone out somebody's reflection in the paintwork, other than that is is straight out of the camera.

Thanks for looking, all comments welcome, good or bad.

Ian

Super image, Nice fake too, A few years back I seem to remember the Datsun/Nissan 240Z 280Z etc, The custom boys where measuring them up then, Enzo would not have approved though Smile

250 GTOs are certainly a favourite of mine... and this 240Z based faker still looks pretty good. If I remember rightly, some people made a GTO clone out of a Toyota Celica as well... just a little smaller than the original!!! Smile

Nice shot BTW!!!

What's wrong with my reflection Ian?? On second thoughts don't answer that Wink

Very nice - as Daviewat says, a lush red! Nice angle too. Musta been a high shutter speed - no visible blur on the way down.. Wink

If you were busy with the cloner, perhaps the grass would have been a good target. That brown bit is a tad distracting...

Well spotted Pete, didn't think of doing that bit.

Oh and it wasn't your reflection. Smile

Like the angle. Just pity about the line in the grass. (bit distracting !)

Thanks Damian, yes I don't know why I didn't heal that. Sad
