Love the reflections in both of these. V1 shows off the superb architecture whilst V2 has more drama to it. Smile

And of course you could't resist! Not that I blame you, quite the opposite.
The night-time composition is tighter and cuts out the bland modern building almost completely, making it twice as atmospheric.

While the scene is pretty through the day, it just comes alive at night Dave. The colours are vivid, the lighting beautiful and some great ripply reflections.
All the fungi shots on the same day - just in the hospital grounds next door Grin. But have to be careful - too many dog walkers don't take their muck home Sad - mingers!

The low light reflections really stand out in V1 bringing the scene to life. Not very good with words this morning but hope you know what I mean.!!!

Two excellent images. V1 is definitely the one for me - love it.

Great camera control as not to burn out the lighter buildings. I have to admit I do like V2 better. I think there is too much water in the foreground for me in V1.

That said another master class in "how to take photographs hand held".

PS thanks for the mod on my last steam pic. It makes the image.

Holy cow...blows the mind that ISO 25,600 on that cam renders no crazy noise! Sheesh.

Lovely light and colour in V1, Dave, but I'm more a fan of V2. The fine detail and depth there are sooo beautiful. The composition is brilliant too.
