In Curacao you can find the remains of an old turboprop plane. It was almost turned into a Chinese restaurant. Instead it is now home for wasps. I don't normally post a series of images together but I think these need to be one submission.

V-16 is very good as well. There are two or three plane wrecks on Ellsmere Island near the pole. Very costly to get there. Arid climate keeps the planes from rotting. Allways look like recent wrecks. TG

What an extraordinary scene. I find V2 particularly effective, and I don't normally go for odd angles. It gives a sense of claustrophobic chaos.
The images work well as a set, they build up a bigger picture, but several of them deserve to stand alone.

I made two visits. After the first I looked through what I had taken and decided I could get some other angles and, more importantly, had to push the ISO up more to cope with the lighting (or lack of). Took a bit of nerve to go back as I knew I needed to brave the wasps again.
I do often like angles (odd or otherwise) but in this case I do think it works really well.

What a wonderful subject to have found and had time top explore.
Well done on braving the wasps too Smile
I agree that some of these images would stand alone very well in their own right.
