I just tried doing this and mine are awful. I have no idea what you focus on or even if you do. But it's pretty cool.

I have seen Sandy's pictures and I can usually figure out what is in the shot.
Yours are very different, can you explain what you are doing?
I like abstract work.

Two or three ICM images layered in Elements with the blend mode between the layers set to either Darken or Lighten. The final image is heavily cropped.

Very artistic and a clever use of space.

I'm juggling between this and Sunday's. The earlier upload was more about the light, this is more about the lines, whatever they are. More specific; more drama, less atmosphere. And I still have no idea what you are actually photographing.

There's an interplanetary highway clearly delineated. Perhaps more of a by-pass.
Stunning: gong first, then vote.

Which is just as it should be because, as I'm sure you will understand, that isn't really the point Wink

Darker, more defined and precise than the first version. Different, yet the relationship between the two clearly stated.
They complement each other well.

Or, as Kilroy said just now, "Yeah, not bad at all"

As Malc has said above, a good complement to the previous similar image. this one seems to be about space and lack of light as much as light, lines and tones. One to meditate with.

Just as intriguing. In this one I can see gravestones.

Stark contrasts and a severe lack of any point of reference on which the eye can rest and understand - perfect Smile As you say, it's not about what's been photographed, but how it's been manipulated to achieve the final image.

But as severe as these 'drawing with light' images are so far, I find the hazy soft bits delightfully (and I'm gonna say this and you'll probably hate it ...) 'fluffy' Grin They beautifully counterbalance the harshness of the rest of the composition. Love it!

Would be great to see the series together. Another intriguing image. Love the "fluffy" description Grin

It's the not knowing that is making these so intriguing Alan.
Interpretations are vast.
Holds my attention for ages, that said, have an extra badge.

looks torturous and akin to electrocution

This is intriguing. To me, it looks like a part is breaking away from the whole. Excellent as always.

Clever ICM but as always your eye for composition is key.
