Dreamscape III

By marktc
Dreamscape III darker than the previous two (and the earliest of the series) and a little more moody.

At this point I would just like to mention Charlotte who's wonderful minimalist and long exposure images have provided so much inspiration for what I do. Charlotte, thank you!

So to the good news... I joined the RPS earlier this year and had the nerve to submit a couple of images for the monthly members competition for May "Mood and Emotion", one of which has been selected as a finalist!! I am soooo very pleased!!!!

Thanks to everyone that clicked and commented on yesterdays upload, was fun having some banter with you all.

Thanks all... Tish, its the moon!!! The wide angle lens has a tendency to make things appear smaller that they are unless your are stood right up close.

that you are doing something right.

Congratulations Mark!! I must admit I'm not surprised...Tranquility is one of my favourite images and its well deserved.

I love the darkness of this shot and the beautiful, warm colour in the sky emphasising the sillouette and the stillness....absolutely superb.

Thank you for your very kind words Mark Blush You have certainly built up a stunning series of images which in turn have brought enjoyment to a lot of people...keep 'em coming Wink

Great mood in this image and the moon is perfectly scaled to the groyne and the negative space. There's a good balance here and the beach surf is very peaceful. Huge congratulations on your RPS progress too, what a morale booster! Smile
