Great picture, I really like the effect and the exposure seems to be spot on. Really brilliant work!

This is very well thought out; both the blur and the light trail are pleasingly dynamic and the light itself is ideally placed.
I might be inclined to crop a little from the left, to decentralise the subject somewhat (the curved lead-in from the right is essential, though); but even without cropping I'd remove the tiny bright spot at knee-height on the left which is a bit distracting.
So glad to see your imaginative visual ideas once again!

Everything is happening within a tight, concentrated area - the hands, the light trails. That conveys the discipline of percussion, and I love the fact that you've set it within a broader, darker space. Central placement works for me here.
