the immediate thing is that there's a ride cymbal 'cutting' him in half. The composition is spoiled by the cymbal stand top right, and the waste of frame top left. Such a shame, as the 'power' and focus of the shot has been lost. Because of a combination of low lighting, slow shutter speed and slightly 'off' camera position, it's a bit of a non-shot really.

Technically, it's good. You've captured the movement of the sticks, and the exposure & focus are both good but it could have been so much better with a bit more thought.
