Very interesting effect, maybe you could try cropping the sphere into a square on its own and concentrating on the image inside it? Nice image as it is.

Yep, I agree with Dave about the cropping. It is a wonderful idea and I, too, think the cropped sphere would work really well.....perhaps an image for another day??👍👍!!
