Seilebost, Harris, Scotland
It had been blowing up a fine old storm a few days prior to my trip to Harris so when we descended on Seilebost on the day after the storm had passed we were treated to exquisite light on newly sculpted sand dunes. This gorgeous sinuous shape really caught my attention particularly when the low side lighting revealed the rippled sand pattern beneath an ominous moody sky.
