Dysart Harbour close-up.

By Tugpilot
This must be one of the most photographed subject at Dysart Harbour in Fife. It's very easy to get this angle as there are steps and a walkway close by. A good test of a mirrorless camera set on Macro.

Thank you Debu. It's taking me a little while getting used to this wonderful small mirrorless camera. There is so much technology packed into such a small product that I am finding it a little bit overwhelming. I always use manual settings for exposure and this image was my first attempt using manual focus also. Manual focus works really well on this camera and is relatively easy to use. I really love using it.

Fine work, a good background and focus. I like it. Klaus

Thank you Klaus for your kind comment. I do try to see beyond the main subject and make the surrounding scene as interesting as possible without it taking over. This can often be difficult and relies on many things together with a bit of luck. Try, practice and try again...the beauty of digital !
