A friend of mine rehabilitates birds which have injured themselves. This eagle was learning how to fly again after having injured itself by flying into an electricity pylon and arriving with three broken bones in it's left wing. Just after this image was taken, it was released into the wild, but still occasionally arrives at his back door and stands on the washing line stand and it recognises them and will land on his shoulder and nibble his ear.
