This young Puss moth caterpillar will eventually change to look like THIS

I was lucky enough to find 5 of these on willow branches - so loads of pics.

I've loved your pictures of this peculiar caterpillar, Brian, and had to look up its instars last time because I had seen so many different stages pictured. This one is very attractive.

What a great find Brian, nothing misses your eagle eyes nor Ade Osmant's by the look of things!Wink I can't recall ever seeing this caterpillar before, it certainly is a unique and very unusual looking one
