V1 is a nice shot, though I think it benfits with some help from Photoshop to make it look more like what the eyes experienced at the time.
Loaded a mod with the horizon on a third, and straightened (it may not have been crooked, but it looked a little off kilter) and used noise reduction, a velvia filter to enhance the colours and contrast.
