Taken this morning in some lovely light camera left, restricted a little to come over the top of my soft box which I used as a kind of diffuser.
The Thyme is one of those 'live herbs' rooted in a pot from the Supermarket.
The wooden base is made out of some recycled fence panels.

I like the Earth colours punctuated by the greens from the Thyme.

An HDR image, 3 frames each 1 stop apart, combined in Lightroom and faffed with in Photoshop with a tidy up crop, levels, brightness and contrast.

Nicely constructed Janet, I like the earth tones too. I have a couple of textures that may add something, so I'll have a go at a mod later. That reminds me that I need to get a new thyme plant as the one in the garden died off for some reason last winter.

I absolutely love this - the pots and hessian are so earthy and the thyme
beautifully spread out.

Beautiful work Janet, the variety of textures really brings the image to life. The green highlight of the thyme is splendid!!
