I think this a an old Naval Buccaneer of the Fleet Air Arm. As a child I once witnessed one crash into the sea off Lossiemouth when it was a RN, Naval Air Station.

Yes!
300mph with both engines running in flight time of 3hours 30 minutes or
170mph with one engine running in flight time of 5 hours 30 minutes.
