I rather like this.
The idea of utilising the pylons to draw your eye into the image works quite well, I reckon.
The sky's a little bright, in fact, the brightest area in the centre is a bit of a distraction but a few adjustments with the shadows/highlights tool claw back some detail whilst making the sky more ominous than it already is.
Had you considered a mono conversion?
I've added a couple of mods.
In one, I've turned down the highlights a little and increased the shadows.
The other mod. is a duo-tone (soft grey) version of the first one.
I think that it's one of those images that you could play with in software for ages and not decide quite which version you like the best.
All done using CS5.

I quite like this and your composition. I assume you have added some blue for effect. I think it will look even better rather bigger.

not quite the electrifying effect though.
hi paul, no blue was added, just a touch of black and sharpen. image was taken as seen in raw.
did take a touch of brightness a way due to burn out near brightest part.
