I really like this shot but I wish the trash cans and cars weren't visible. However, your approach of using the natural window light is perfect.

Point taken. This has happened to me all too often. So excited by the model Blush

I don't see the view outside. (though apart from shutting the curtains . . . . )
I'm not a great Photoshop fan but I have had a go at making the offending items a little less noticeable.
